NOTD : No 7 Beanie and Konad

Quick NOTD post, so I used to be mad about Konad, which is the art of stamping designs onto Nails, this one was created with 2 coats of No 7 Beanie polish, a dark brown polish, with a the bow from Konad Plate M56 stamped on with White Konad polish.

It was this little bow design that made me fall in love with Konad, as soon as I saw it, I had to have it and immediately ordered a starter kit (I think it's around £12 for the one I got that had 2 starter image plates, a scraper, a stamp and 2 mini polishes for stamping the designs on), when I ordered it, I thought it was going to be so difficult to do, but it really isn't, you definitely have to have a few goes of it to get a handle of it, but once you have the technique down, it's really simple to do, it can be quite messy, so before I begin, I get myself set up with cotton pads with nail varnish remover on so that you can clean the scraper and stamp through out, and I do it on the back of an old magazine so the that it can be just thrown away at the end and to save my table!

The one thing I haven't quite got down yet with Konad is applying top coat, whenever I seem to do it, it seems to smudge the design and drag it down - any tips for this?

What do you think of this design? I love it, it's so cute and girly and is great for work because it's not too over the top!

Sorry about the blurry picture!
